Booking Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 35% is required to secure your booking, to be made by bank transfer. Bookings will not be confirmed until deposited funds are received. Payment details and requirements will be provided after receiving your booking request. Pricing subject to change without prior notification. Cancellation of your booking will attract a 2% administration fee of the total booking amount, and refund of your deposit amount will be proportionate to the notice period supplied. In addition, any return bank transfer fees incurred as a result of a cancelled booking will also be deducted from the refund amount. Deposit Refund Rates are as follows: Notice period of 60 days plus gives 100% deposit refund or option to transfer to a new booking within 12 months of cancelled booking dates. Notice period of 30 days plus gives 50% deposit refund. Less than 30 days No deposit refunds are available. Where a transfer of booking dates or arrangements is requested, management will be as accommodating as possible where available and where no loss or inconvenience is incurred. Balance is due within 1 business day of arrival to allow guests to settle in comfortably and locate appropriate services on the island.
